Ms. Kristine Li is a seasoned Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the United States. She went to the U.S. to study in the 1990s and earned an MBA. Having lived in North America for nearly thirty years, she spent many years working at one of the Big Five international accounting firms in the U.S., where she was involved in auditing publicly traded companies, overseas financing, and corporate acquisitions and mergers. She has also served as an executive in the investment and immigration industries for many years and is an expert in the evaluation and risk management of overseas immigration programs.

Ms. Randa brings to AmCan her extensive experience in developing and implementing models that enhance operational efficiency and drive revenue growth, establishing high-quality, efficient operational mechanisms and a rigorous, professional service standards system. Prior to this, Ms. Randa had 16 years of experience in operational management at multinational publicly traded companies, where she played an indispensable role in fostering talent development, improving financial performance, and advancing IT infrastructure.

Mr. Li brings thirty years of valuable experience in market strategy, investment, and mergers and acquisitions to AmCan. As a senior vice president at a publicly traded company, Mr. Li has achieved remarkable success in the fields of investment immigration, real estate, and financial investments. He has also held senior leadership positions in numerous fields, as well as roles in consumer health engagement, analytics, technology, and national accounts.

Maggie has been working in the fields of immigration, study abroad, and K-12 education at a publicly traded company for 15 years and has extensive experience in the immigration and study abroad industry. She is passionate about this industry and warm and welcoming to others. She approaches every issue from the client’s perspective to help resolve problems. At AmCan Immigration & Study Abroad Group, she will lead a team to help more people realize their dreams of immigration, studying abroad, and family reunification.

In 1998, he was among the first pioneers of the franchise chain industry in China, and in 2000, he served as general manager of one of the earliest chain operation groups. After managing over 2,000 brick-and-mortar stores, he established chain systems for multiple brands. He has served as vice president and secretary-general of several associations and as a venture capitalist in private equity funds. He has contributed to the design and incubation of the Himalayan Climbing Program and possesses extensive experience and a proven methodology in online education, traditional Chinese culture, family education, corporate consulting, and tenant management.

As a seasoned executive with many years of experience in the design and building materials industries, Ben graduated from Valencia College in Orlando, Florida, with a degree in hospitality management. He has led and established vertically integrated business systems spanning design, construction, and manufacturing across multiple states, including Illinois, Georgia, and Florida, accumulating extensive experience in serving major clients across regions and integrating supply chains. He currently serves as CEO of AmCan Group’s Overseas Division, leading his team to accelerate the commercialization of the Group’s overseas operations and its global market expansion.

Having lived in North America for many years and holding a degree in English Language and Literature from the University of British Columbia (UBC), he has an in-depth understanding of Canadian and U.S. immigration policies, laws, and regulations. He previously served as a manager at a well-known publicly traded education group in China and has 17 years of extensive experience in overseas immigration and study abroad. He has successfully handled thousands of immigration cases and provided educational planning for children studying abroad, and is a dedicated overseas residency planner. Her team is highly regarded for providing high-quality service and professional, sincere immigration solutions, guiding clients every step of the way in planning their overseas lives and asset allocation.

Leo has over a decade of extensive experience in the EB-5 industry, specializing in commercial real estate development, business analysis, and the formulation of project structuring strategies. He previously served as Investment Director at a high-end hotel development company, where he managed private equity and EB-5 capital for commercial and residential real estate projects and comprehensively oversaw all aspects of fund operations. Early in his career, Leo worked at a renowned commercial immigration law firm, where he led the design of EB-5 project structures and provided expert advice on matters related to foreign investment. By successfully integrating legal expertise with financial and strategic insights, he facilitated the smooth implementation of projects.

Candy has over a decade of extensive experience in investment immigration and North American immigration programs. In the high-net-worth sector, she has accumulated extensive expertise in asset planning, residency planning, and family wealth succession planning. Driven by her passion for the industry and her commitment to her partners, Candy has helped numerous applicants achieve their goals of obtaining overseas residency and planning for family wealth succession.

As a senior, federally registered and licensed consultant in Canada, Allen Li has over 16 years of industry experience in the fields of Canadian immigration and study abroad. He leads the team at Canadian HR Company in providing clients with comprehensive human resources solutions. While addressing the staffing needs of leading Canadian companies and building extensive talent pools, he also helps foreign employees achieve their goals of immigration, study abroad, and career development in Canada.

Nadiya graduated from Duke University with dual degrees in finance and management. She has held executive positions at foreign banks and Fortune 100 companies, and possesses extensive experience in finance and investment management. As a Canadian citizen who has resided in Canada for many years, she has firsthand insight and extensive experience in immigration investment and overseas residency planning. Nadiya has successfully helped over a thousand high-net-worth families obtain immigration status; her client base includes several members of the ”China 10-Billion Club“ as well as celebrities and public figures.

Andre is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur. He has achieved outstanding results in establishing new businesses and leading international teams.
